Ant Hill Collective was in need of a collaborative office space that was free flowing and fluid for individuals, companies and groups to have a friendly and safe space to work. This option of co-working allows individuals to work closely and collaboratively. It reduces upfront costs and provides the ultimate atmosphere for creativity and inspiration to foster.

Working class individuals joining the Ant Hill Collective co-working space for a day to a week have semi private working stations with 3Form resin dividers for the protection from COVID 19 and have Planter boxes to purify their surrounding areas and provide privacy. These seats were designed for privacy when needed, protection and the option of a collaborative atmosphere when desired. above is the Mezzanine that is in an organic shape to induce a creative mind.
Boardroom
Playful | Bright
During this difficult era with COVID19 design needed to be considered in alternative ways. COVID screening is contained at the front reception separating contact to the behind office area. The boardroom was placed at the front reception general area to contain visitors and eliminate need to travel through the office. Multi colored felt acoustic ceilings bars within the boardroom were design for acoustics as the exposed ceiling is at 21'. This area was designed to have all necessities for visitors and reception to function harmoniously.

The 1st level lounge area provides a multi use atmosphere for any individual needing a break from the constant flow of work. There is a lounge area with a TV, Ping Ping activity area, and a movable pouf setting. With this area being adjacent to the working spaces acoustic were heavily considered. Incorporating felt multi colored acoustic ceiling bars, and a gypsum wallboard mezzanine floor, upholsteries and flooring were selected for comfort, durability and acoustic features. Finally, the space incorporated a private, semi private and open wall system for the needs of the activity and space requirements.
Office Design
MSA Group
The MSA group is a leading provider in minding, mineral and environmental exploration. They take pride in having a collaborative team first company dynamic. Within the space planning stage it was essential to design a space that can best represent the company values and the variation of their expertise. Curved features showed the fluidity of their expertise, neutral tones allowed the company to feel corporate and professional, lastly the design contains biophilia for the environmental aspect of the company. there is an inviting reception that has a custom feature wall, unique seating, and a custom mining pit dropped ceiling feature. The MSA Group tasked us with creating a space that is ideal for any emplyee and exceptional in the representation of the values.
Open Desking Area

The open desking area was designed to incorporate several professionals within one space to induce a collaborative atmosphere. There is a unique ceiling tile design with multicolor for an interest focal feature. The space incorporates three alternative seating/desking types, two alternative resource library areas and a full height curved white board. This area represents the MSA groups values and company dynamic at the highest level.
Teaching Classroom

The Classroom is an open layout with movable chairs. The goal for this space was allow for a collaborative project based teaching atmosphere. The MSA group is a leading provider within their field and innovative thinkers, the goal was to design this space with those same values as a forefront. with multi functional seats, ample natural light and views and a full length glass wall the space is meant to feel open and expressive. The placement of this area is adjacent to reception to allow outside guests to easily maneuver the space.
Lunch Room
Oasis | Bright
Often times work can be draining to the mind and body, we wanted to allow the employees to have a space that allows them to free their mind. We have created a kitchen with three alternative seating types, bar seating, booth and table seating and a bench seating. Biophilia was incorporated to allow the users to feel a sense of outdoors and large surrounding bright windows lets the natural light in. This space was designed with a pink tone and unique patterns to liven the users days.
Retail Design
Di Alta Moda - Shoe Store
Di Alta Moda is an Italian shoe store in the central community of the landmark buildings. The Italian brand is made of exceptional quality and durable design. With these defining features in mind we design the store to resemble these qualities. Neutral colors and monochromatic shades of grey, white and pink the store became the finical feature for the landmark community. As social media and various platforms reach millions of people and often spread awareness we designed a storefront that can become a social media brand as its own. The store was designed to have display walls for men and women ample seating for try on's and intricate ceiling bulkheads for interest. MCPp designed the perfect space for a booming community and the members within allowing the brands DNA to shine through the entire space.

Di Alta Moda prides themselves on their exceptional quality and durable materials. MCPp was tasked with designing a space that replicated this high quality and durable elegant feel. Using a variation of pink tones marble surfaces and a bright white color surrounding to ensure the space has a large scale feeling. Using the box/cubby display style allows the space to feel at different depths. The cubbies allow each shoe or accessories to feel unique and custom similar to the brand itself. Biophilic elements were incorporated to purify the area and add a natural raw experience.

In this space, a creative blend of lines and curves were layered into the existing structure and design. Arched display cubby's were designed to show the footwear on a pedestal to allow the exceptional craftmanship and beauty to illuminate. Custom made display and seating forms were design to provide comfort to the client but also represent a timeless display for each accessory and shoe for optimal representation. The marble finishe was selected as it incorporated the pink, grey and white tones allowing variation and pattern in a timeless and subtle manor. Lastly, the walls were brought down in height to allow the full height exterior windows to let natural light in to aluminate the contents of the store.

As social media is a pinacol feature for representing brands and making deals MCPp designed a feature wall with custom hanging bird cage chairs and a massive green wall behind that provides the perfect picture/social media moment. With the newer generation having huge influences on brands and the media platforms this designed feature represnts all Di Alta Moda stands for and what they wish to become.
